Service Pricing and Coverage

Our service offers an initial site visit and sample collection at a flat fee of $125.00. This fee ensures seamless and professional service eliminating unexpected costs, delays, or inconveniences, whether you are located in Catawba County or neighboring areas.

Additional samples are priced as follows:

• 1-5 samples: $50 each
• 6-10 samples: $45 each
• 11+ samples: $40 each

We provide services not only in Catawba County but also in the following neighboring counties in North Carolina:
- Alexander County
- Iredell County
- Lincoln County
- Burke County

For locations beyond a 30-mile radius from Hickory, NC, an additional charge of $0.75 per mile applies. Please contact us for an exact quote based on your location.

 Regulatory Reporting Services

 

Accurate regulatory reporting is crucial for hemp producers. Dustin's Sampling Service provides comprehensive regulatory reporting services to ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.

How It Works:

To ensure compliance with USDA regulations, we recommend contacting us at least 4 to 6 weeks before your planned or expected harvest date. This allows us to facilitate the process efficiently.

Certified Laboratories:

Under the U.S. Domestic Hemp Production Program, laboratories conducting THC concentration testing for hemp must be registered with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) for handling controlled substances by December 31, 2024.
